InsuBoard (Pty)Ltd was established with the objective to manufacture extruded polystyrene boards (XPS boards).

We purchased an extruded polystyrene plant (XPS) that will enable the company to manufacture insulated ceiling boards in Guateng Province.

Insuboard (Pty)Ltd will be manufacturing insulation boards that are an environmentally friendly product for the insulation of walls and ceilings for houses, schools, clinics and commercial buildings.. The boards are also utilized for the manufacture of cornices.

The objective will be to offer insulation that complies with the new building regulation code SANS 204 Energy Efficiency in Buildings, this will reduce the carbon foot print and the end result is the reduction of the use of electricity.

The company plans to develop into a leader and services provider for the building industry, to provide panels which is economical and energy efficient. This meaning having the best and most efficient facilities, processes, and people. To achieve this, Insuboard will invest in ways that will pay off in competitive advantages for its customers, such as structural plan review, including pre-job and in job training and aftermarket sales and services. The ultimate goal is to meet these needs and to continue to improve the company.

Our objective is to provide a high quality ceiling system with the benefits of insulation which will eliminate the use of heaters in winter and air conditioners in summer. The objective is to conserve energy.
